Main Article Content
Abstract
The new Law by means of which the legal framework for the public sector is established, regulates the relations between administrations though it does not do it in a very precise, thorough and complete way. It regulates the general principles and the cooperation mechanisms specially between public bodies. Among these, there are certain figures of bew creation such as the Conference of Presidents, along other traditional figures of copperation already mentioned by the previous law, such as the the Sectorial Conferences or the Bilateral Conferences for Cooperstion. The new Law incorporates a very detailed regulation regarding the cooperation agreements but not within the collaboration between administrations. Finally, it regulates the electronic relations between public administrations.
