El uso de medios electrónicos en el procedimiento administrativo

Abstract

The paper examines main implications of electronic means in administrative procedure when eGovernment will be completely implemented and the transitional regimen in Act 39/2015 will end.

More than a study about procedure the paper is about the means that usually have been guarantees in procedure such as record office and archive and the deep transformation they will have to approach.

The most important issue in the paper is about citizen´s rights as they are the main thrust of all the system.
